Big Island Groove Band is an energetic and versatile performance band made up of the finest musical artists in Hawaii. Lead vocalists doing double-duty: Na Hoku Hanohano recipient Jesse Snyder (tenor and baritone sax, clarinet), Yumbel Marassi (bass guitar) and Josh Timmons (trumpet) with rotating featured vocalists: American Idol doll Amanda Avila and Big Island sweetheart Guin Callejo. BIGB will transport you into a universe of dance and music fun!

BIGB style is aggressive and always dynamic with powerful horns, richly colored basslines and a strong groove that makes you get up and dance or sway to hypnotic beats.

BIGB dwells in multiple genres: Top 40 covers, R&B, jazz, country, rock, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s, reggae and more! The band has a strong background of musicianship and voices from a keyboardist, guitarist and drummer.
