Doors at 5:30pm…Show 7pm. Tickets are $35 in advance…$45 at the door (children 12 and under are free). Purchase tickets here. For parties under 4 there may be some table-sharing as we expect every seat in the house to be taken…so invite friends or make new ones!

HAPA amazed the music world in 1993 with their groundbreaking debut album “HAPA” which swept all 6 categories it was nominated for at the 1994 Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards, creating what would go on to become the number one selling recording by a group or duo in the history of recorded Hawaiian Music. “HAPA” was acknowledged by Honolulu Magazine as #31 of the “50 All-Time Greatest Hawaiian Recordings of All Time,” along with the song “Lei Pikake,” composed by Barry Flanagan and Hawaiian language professor, Stanley Herbert Kī’ope Raymond, being acknowledged as #32 in the follow-up “50 All-Time Greatest Hawaiian Songs” issue.

Barry Flanagan, one of the founders of HAPA, has composed some of Hawaii’s most popular songs of the last three decades, and has a huge following for his guitar-playing and vocal performances. Today’s HAPA consists of Flanagan and Kenneth Makuakane, another legendary, prolific songwriter/multi-instrumentalist who is a recipient of the prestigious Hawai’i Academy of Recording Arts Lifetime Achievement Award

“Flanagan and Hapa explore the rich possibilities of Hawaiian

music and then some, blending a variety of pop and world

“Flanagan showed off such a combination of dexterity and

soulfulness that he brought to mind some mid-Pacific amalgam

of Mark Knopfler, Chet Atkins and Wes Montgomery…

absolutely breathtaking.” ” — THE ORANGE COUNTY REGISTER

“Barry Flanagan in this 21st Century represents just how far

Hawaiian music has traveled and how compelling its appeal is.”

“Flanagan is Masterful” —-STEPHEN STILLS

“HAPA, they are Hawaii’s musical rainbow warriors…they

captivate your heart and soothe your soul. Flanagan is a

brilliant Curator of hip Polynesian sounds”—KENNY LOGGINS.
